2. Retail Outlet Pickup
- Pick up collection will at Lim's Uniforms, Holland Village
- Please refer to our contact page for contact details and operating hours
- Pick up at the retail outlet can be done 2 working days upon receiving the confirmation of the order
- Please provide E-mail Confirmation and Confirmation Number that has been sent to you as proof of purchase
- No Refunds will be given if the order has been left uncollected for more than 30 days
3.Direct Delivery to Residential Address
- Online Orders will be delivered anywhere within 3 - 6 working days
- There will be a flat charge of $10 per delivery
- In the event that the first scheduled delivery has failed to reach you, a rescheduling of delivery will incur additional charges
- Please provide a Singapore-based receiving contact number upon check out, so that the delivery personnel can contact you
- Before your order has been dispatched, our outsourced courier will send a text message / phone call to confirm the delivery date and time
4. We do not provide express delivery services.
5. We aim to deliver the products to you at the address that you have provided in your order, and at time-frame which you have indicated on the order confirmation
- ALL orders are subjected to the availability of stocks, and while we make every effort to monitor and update our inventory, and to deliver your order within a reasonable period of time, it is still possible that some of the products may become unavailable between updates.
6. All deliveries are estimates only, and delays may occur.
7. It is not possible for Lim's Footwear or our outsourced courier services to deliver to certain places. Please refer to the list of NO GO ZONES below.

- ALL AIPORTS including Changi Airpot, Tengah Airbase, Seletar Airport and Aerospace center, Freight Forwarding Centers.
- OFF-SHORE LOCATIONS including Jurong Island, Pulau Bukom, Pulau Ubin, etc.
8. To facilitate a delivery, mandatory contact information including phone numbers and addresses are required upon checkout.
- Upon delivery of your order, you may need to sign for the delivery
- Upon receiving the order, please check all contents carefully, as all risk in the product is passed to you upon delivery
- Please contact us at email@example.com if any defects have been found on the shoes
9. It is the customer's responsibility to check their orders before proceeding to check out.
10. Lim's Uniforms will not assume responsibilities if orders placed by the customers have been found with error. In such cases, please bring the said item back down to the retail store at Holland Village Shopping Centre for an exchange.

1. Goods sold are strictly non-refundable
2. Items sold are exchangeable within 14 days of receipt of product.
3. Exchanges should be accompanied with the respective sales invoice or delivery receipt.
4. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging
- Item(s) must be in their original condition
- Item(s) pricetage/hangtag must be intact with the packaging
- Item(s) must be unused
- Item(s) must have NO alterations of any form, including cutting of labels
5. The management reserves the rights to refuse your exchange if your items do not meet the above conditions.
- The exchanged item will have to be of an equal value or a higher value than the original item. Top up of the additional difference is required if an exchange item is of a higher value than the original. If the exchanged item value is lower than the original, a store credit voucher will be issued. Please take note that there will be NO CASH REFUND for returns.
- Items purchased can only be exchanged at our retail outlet.
6. Items can either be exchanged for different products AND/OR a store credit voucher will be issued
- Validity of store credit voucher is 1 year from the date of issue
- The store credit voucher can only be used at our outlet(s)
