1. In the event that payment has been made, and that there is an error in the order, please do not hesitate to send us an email at email@example.com. We will do our best to make sure that you received the right orders.
2. Please note that for all orders that have been dispatched / shipped out from Lim’s Footwear, we are unable to cancel the order. However, we will only be able to do exchanges in accordance to our “Returns & Exchanges Policy”.
3. For order cancellation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of your order.
- For order that have not been dispatched, we are able to cancel the order and refund will be made to the original mode of payment.
- For order that have been shipped out, we are not able to cancel the order, but may exchange them (refer to "Returns & Exchanges Policy")
